     Usage         if p_ready()
     Purpose       Checks for printer ready, and prompts user to

                   or press escape to abort

     Returns       .T. - PRINTER IS READY, USER HAS NOT PRESSED ESC
                   .F. - PRINTER IS NOT READY, OR USER HAS PRESSED ESC
